This is a RCRA field citation issued under the expedited settlement program of RCRA-UST. A field citation was issued on 4/27/05 to Black Mesa Shopping Center for failing to: 1) maintain release detection records for tanks; 2) conduct annual line tightness tests; 3) conduct annual line leak detector tests; 4) install corrosion protection for piping in contact with soil; and 5) obtain financial responsibility for the UST systems.
