This action was taken to bring into compliance, with the financial responsibility requirements under RCRA,several facilities owned and operated by Alliant Techsystems Inc. Alliant came into compliance by providing adequate financial mechanisms that assued the cost associated with RCRA closure and post-clsoure are covered.
