ADDITIONALLY, SECTION 406(A) OF TSCA REQUIRES    THAT COMPENSATED RENOVATORS INFORM OWNERS AND OCCUPANTS OF   MOST PRE 1978 RESIDENTIAL HOUSING BEFORE BEGINNING           RENOVATION.                                                      BECAUSE OF THE AGE OF BUILDINGS IN NEW ENGLAND,          PARTICULARLY IN EJ AREAS, OUR LEAD (PB) PROGRAM IS VERY      SERIOUS HERE. THROUGH OUR TARGETING EFFORTS, REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY DEED SEARCHES, AND SUBSEQUENT ON-SITE INSPECTIONS,  WE DISCOVERED 13 SEPARATE PROPERTIES OWNED BY DELUCA FAILED  TO COMPLY WITH THIS DISCLOSURE RULE. ALL OF THESE PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN PROVIDENCE, RI AND POTENTIALLY IN EJ AREAS.   OUR REFERRAL SHOULD ALERT PEOPLE OF THE POTENTIAL HAZARDOUS  SITUATION AND ELIMINATE THE RISK FROM LEAD-BASED PAINT       EXPSOURE.
