This complaint involved alleged RCRA violations stemming from Respondent's failure to meet storage permit exemptions, make adequate hazardous waste determinations, modify hazardous waste notification, send hazardous waste to an authorized facility and properly prepare hazardous waste manifests. The violations were observed during an inspection and review of 3007 REquest for Information letters.
