The owner or operator of a stationary source shall revise and update the RMP submitted at least once every 5 years from the date of
the initial submission or more recent update by paragraphs (b)(2) through (b)(7) of 40 CFR 68.190, whichever is later. Green Valley's latest RMP was submitted on 8/24/1999 and did not update and resbumit its RMP by the 1/24/2004 deadline.
