The owner or operator of a stationary source shall revise and update the RMP submitted at least once every 5 years from the date of
the initial submission or more recent update by paragraphs (b)(2)through (b)(7) of 40 CFR 68.190, whichever is later. Primeland Coop-Craigmonts' last RMP was submitted on 6/21/99 and did not update and resubmit its RMP by the 6/20/24 deadline.
