Respondent disclosed violations of EPCRA, CAA 112(r), and CWA-NPDES at two facilities under EPA's Audit Policy. Respondent satisfied the conditions of the Policy, and EPA waived 100% of the gravity based penalties. EPA determined that no significant economic benefit was gained by respondents delayed compliance, therefore this matter has been resolved by a Notice of Determination.
