The owner or operator of a stationary source shall revise and update the RMP submitted at least once every 5 years from the date of the initial submission or more recent update by paragraphs (b)(2) through (b)(7) of 40 CFR 68.190, whichever is later. Glanbia Foods Inc's original RMP was submitted on 6/18/1999. The RMP was not updated and resubmitted by the 6/18/2004 deadline.
