The owner or operator of a stationary source shall revise and update the RMP submitted at least once every 5 years from the date of
the initial submission or more recent update by paragraphs (b)(2) through (b)(7) of 40 CFR 68.190, whichever is later. Kanto Corporation's last RMP was submitted on 11/2/1999. The RMP was not updated and resubmitted by the 11/2/2004 deadline.
