Bishop Farm Enterprises (OKU000120), Wetumka, Oklahoma: An Administrative Order was issued to Mr.  Race Bishop on February 18, 2005, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act.  On March 3, 2004, Mr. Bishop reported animal waste discharges of February 22, 2004, and February 29, 2004, into Middle Creek, waters of the U.S. On March 4, 2004, during a subsequent inspection by the State of Oklahoma the inspector reported that the discharged animal waste was not cleaned up and continued to seep into Middle Creek.
