Permittee is a Municipality, under the laws of the State of New Mexico, and operates a wastewater treatment plant, located in the Village of Angel Fire, New Mexico. The Permittee received marginal comments from a Compliance Evaluation Inspection. Permittee is subject to regulations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
