On January 11, 2022, EPA signed the ROD for the Construction Debris Landfill operable unit at NASA La/RC. The ROD selects Land Use Controls and Long Term Monitoring to make permanent the LUCs and LTM that are already in place. This remedy is a continuation and completion of the NTCRA and Interim Groundwater Remedy and will protect human health and the environment by finalizing the LUCs and LTM. This ROD is a Federal Facility mission measure achievement for January.
