This administrative order is issued to Targhee Towne Water Company for failure to monitor for total colform bacteria; exceeding the total coliform bacteria maximum contaminant level; failure to collect a set of repeat samples after a total colfiorm positive result; failure to monitor for nitrate; failure to notify the public of the violations; and failure to report violations to EPA.
