Pueblo International LLC ( Pueblo ), owner of Pueblo De Diego Supermarket ( the facility ), has violated the Clean Water Act ( the Act ), Section 301 by discharging sewage (pollutants) through a point source (e.g., storm sewer) into waters of the Unites States (e.g., Atlantic Ocean). This Order requires Pueblo to cease and desist the discharge of pollutants into waters of the United States and to provide EPA a compliance plan to comply with the Act.
