The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-1037, in the amount of $300, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.45: failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring; and 280.31: failure to ensure proper operation of CP system. To comply with the Field Citation the facility had to install a new tank monitoring system and conduct a cathodic protection test of the waste oil tank.
