This is an Administrative Penalty action utilizing an expedited settlement (field citation) issued pursuant to RCRA Subtitle I to Bjurob, LLC. The violation involves failure to provide adequate line leak detector system for UST piping, failure to have annual line tightness test on pressurized piping, failure to notify implementing agency within 30 days of bringing UST into use, failure to install adequate overfill prevention equipment, failure to comply wtih financial responsibility by phase in time, installation of an improperly designed and constructed tank to prevent releases, failure to maintain 12 months of tank release detection records, failure to inspect impressed current system every 60 days, failure to maintain records of cathodic protection inspections, and failure to report and investigate a suspected release. The Consent Agreement and Final Order establishes that the facility will return to compliance and pay a penalty of $1,800.
