PERRY HOMES, INC. (TXR15R319): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on June 22, 2005, at the a residential development in Katy, TX. While the Respondent had permit coverage under the TCEQ General Permit, and had developed and implemented a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, the plan had not been certified. An order for compliance was issued September 2, 2005, along with an Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO) of $500, which would expeditiously settle any penalties. The ESO was accepted by the facility and the document was routed for final signature and issue.
