This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to Westport Oil and Gas Company for the unauthorized discharge of dredged and/or fill material duing construction of two natural gas well pads, and associated access roads and connecting pipelines at the Lincoln County, WY site without first obtaining an appropriate section 404 permit from the Corps of Engineers. These discharges into wetlands adjacent to the Hams Fork River have occurred on property located in S29, T20N, R112W, near Granger, WY.
