April 14, 2005, NMED/SWQB inspected the Dancing Eagle Subdivision and found it in without authorization to discharge its storm water to waters of the United States. EPA issued a Show Cause Administrative Order on December 15, 2005, ordering Respondent to comply within thirty (30) days.
