May 2, 2005, NMED/SWQB inspected the Joe Miller Agricultural Construction Project located at 19 Colonia Road, Eldorado, NM. The facility was found not authorized by NPDES permit, to discharge its storm water associated with constuction activities, to waters of the United States. EPA issued an Administrative Order in 12/15/05, thereby ordering the Respondent to comply within thirty (30) days.
