The Toxic Release Inventory Envirofacts Database indicates that Hangsterfer�s Laboratories Incorporated, submitted late Toxic Release Inventory Form A reports for Trade Secret Chemical (Chlorinated Paraffins group) and Trade Secret Chemical (o-xenol group) for 2003. These failures to submit Form R or A reports, in a timely manner, constitute violations of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know-Act, 42 U.S.C. � 11023, and with 40 C.F.R. � 372.30. This is a combined administrative civil complaint and consent agreement final order action.
