During a 9/1/2004 compliance inspection, it was determined that Thorworks Industries had several hazardous chemicals above the 10,000 lb reporting threshold and two extremely hazardous substances above the 500-lb reporting threshold. On 9/20/2004, Thorworks submitted chemical inventory forms to the SERC and LEPC for calendar years 2001-2003.
