Mr. Follweiler's activities included the pushing of fill material and the placement of multiple pipes into approximately 120 feet of a tributary of Stony Run Creek which flows into Maiden Creek which flows into the Schuykill River which flows into the Delaware River for the purpose of creating fast land.
