On January 27, 2005, New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services inspectors conducted an inspection at the Facility. Respondents violated 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M by failing to remove RACM prior to demolition/renovation activity and by failing to ensure the the debris remained wet until disposal.
