This is an administrative penalty action (RCRA field citation) issued under the expedited settlement program of RCRA-UST. On 4/27/05, a field citation was presented to the manager of the 7-2-11 Food Store #25 for failing to: 1) inspect the impressed current system every 60 days, 2) obtain financial responsibility for the UST systems, and 3) ensure proper operation of the cathodic protection system. The original $450 field citation penalty was reduced to $300 based on the owner/operator providing documentation that the UST testing for violation #3 had been conducted prior to inspection.
