This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to RCRA (field citation) issued under the expedited settlement program of RCRA-UST. On 8/25/05, a field citation was presented to the owner of the Navajo Westerners True Value store in Dilkon, AZ for failing to: 1) conduct annual line tightness tests on pressurized piping; 2) conduct annual tests of mechanical line leak detectors, and 3) maintain records of release detection monitoring.
