This is a Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) to Montrose Chemical, Ecology Control Industries and Mr. Ronald Flury, directing them to take response actions to address soil piles and open excavations at Normandie Avenue, Los Angeles County, California as set out in the EPA Action Memorandum dated November 2, 2005. The UAO is part of EPA's actions at the Montrose Chemical Superfund Site OU 6 - Historic Stormwater Pathway South.
