The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-1040, in the amount of $750, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system; 280.41(a): failure to monitor tanks at least every 30 days; 280.44(a): failure to conduct annual test of automatic line leak detectors; and 280.44(b): failure to provide line tightness test.
