This is an Administrative Order (AO) for compliance pursuant to Section 7003 of RCRA issued to Everbright Company, Ltd. The violation involves the disposal of solid and hazardous wastes into the septic tank, soil, ground surface, air and Island sewer. The Order directs the Respondent to cease the illegal disposals and/or releases and to properly handle, store, treat, transport and dispose of solid and hazardous wastes. The facility is located in Fina Sisu (Sapain) in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
