04/12/05 EPA inspected the Eldorado Estates, Phase IV construction project located at 3100 Deer Run Drive, Little Elm, TX and found the facility non compliant with NPDES storm water regulatory requirements. 02/10/06, EPA issued Administrative Order Docket Number CWA-06-2006-1806 that ordered compliance wit the CWA within 30 days. Respondent submitted information that indicated the violations were addressed under Administrative Order Docket Number CWA-06-2006-1820 and a response submitted to EPA. Review of the information resulted in rescinding the Order CWA-06-2006-1806 with Order CWA-06-2006-1820 remaining active and enforceable.
