U.S. EPA Region 5 has issued a consent agreement and final order (CAFO) under the Clean Air Act to Multi-Cast Corporation. U.S. EPA filed these orders to resolve violations of the Secondary Aluminum Production National Emission Standards of Hazardous Air Pollutants at Multi-Cast Corporation�s facility in Wauseon, Ohio. On June 6, 2005, U.S. EPA issued a FOV to Multi-Cast. U.S. EPA is issuing an Administrative Penalty Order (APO) concurrently with this CAFO. Under this CAFO, Multi-Cast will pay a civil penalty of $10,000.
