This action is to address noncompliance with the monitoring, reporting, and public notification requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act and the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The orders will require monitoring of every aircraft in the operating fleet, regular disinfection of such aircraft and water transfer equipment, notification when required, and corrective action when required.
