On 2/17/2006, U.S. EPA Region 5 issued a unilateral administrative order (UAO) under the Clean Air Act to Nu-Cor Automotive Corp. (Nu-Cor). U.S. EPA filed the order to resolve violations of the Secondary Aluminum Production National Emission Standards of Hazardous Air Pollutants at Nu-Cor�s facility in Columbus, Ohio. Under the UAO, Nu-Cor is required to comply with all applicable requirements of the Secondary Aluminum Production NESHAP upon start up of the emission unit P001, Aluminum King 8000 sweat furnace, which is equipped with an afterburner.
