August 11, 2005, EPA inspected the Grand Texas Homes High Hawk Addition in Grand Prairie, TX and found the facility in violation of storm water permit requirements. EPA issued an administrative order, March 2, 2006, that ordered the Respondent (Grand Texas Homes, Inc.), to achieve compliance within 30 days receipt of the Order.
