This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to the White Pine Ski Area for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to report total coliform monitoring violations to EPA within 10 days of discovering the violations; failure to monitor for nitrate; and failure to report NPDWR violations to EPA within 48 hours.
