On March 22, 2010, the Honorable Thomas I Vananskie of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania lodged the Consent Decree Modification and issued an Order Granting the United States' Unopposed Motion to Enter Agreement and Order Regarding Modifications of CERCLA Remedial Design/Remedial Action Consent Decree (Case Number 3:96-cv-562).
