A multi-media information request was sent to Beaver Oil in February 2005. Beaver submitted a partial response to U.S. EPA in May 2005. Beaver did not respond or submit all the information as required by the information request. U.S. EPA is following up with an Order to require Beaver to submit all the missing information.
