The owner or operator of a stationary source shall revise and upae the RMP submitted at least once every 5 years from the date of its initial submission or most recent update requried by paragraphs (b)(2) through (b)(7) of 40 CFR Sec 68.190 whichever is later.
BHS Marketing-Nampa's original RMP was submitted on 6/17/99. The RMP was not updated and resubmitted by the 6/17/2004 deadline (Sec 68.190(b)(1).
