The Respondent, Mountain Run Partners,LTD operates a construction project and as such, is a Permitee subject to the regulations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Regulations. The Respondent was in violation of the CWA and is being issued an Administrative Order for Compliance.
