This administrative order is issued to the Grand Teton National Park RV Resort for exceeding the acute maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria; failure to collect at least five routine samples after a total coliform positive sample in the preceding month, failure to conduct routine monitoring for nitrate, failure to conduct public notice; failure to conduct public notice; failure to report total coliform monitoring violations to EPA; and failure to report NPDW violations to EPA.
