This Administrative Order on Consent is issued to Chemical Specialties to recover response costs associated with an alleged contamination release which killed approximately 1200 fish. EPA incurred response costs totaling approximately $278,674. Upon review of financial information submitted by Chemical Specialties, EPA has determined that Chemical Specialties has limited financial ability to pay for response costs.
