This referral is for a Clean Air civil action against Hermes Consolidated Inc. d/b/a Wyoming Refining Company and is part of EPA's National Petroleum Refinery Initiative. It addresses the 4 most significant air-related compliance and enforcement concerns for refineries. They are: Prevention of Significant Deterioration/New Source Review; New Source Performance Standards; Leak Detection and Repair Requirements; and, Benzene National Emission Standards.
