Late Reporter Initiative:
A review of the Toxic Release Inventory Envirofacts Database (TRI Database) indicates that Eaton Electrical de Puerto Rico Inc. - Canovanas plant voluntarily submitted to the EPA late Form R reports for the following:

These failures to submit Form A or R reports, in a timely manner, constitute violations of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know-Act, 42 U.S.C. � 11023, and with 40 C.F.R. � 372.30. The original proposed penalty could have been assessed at $23,235 if an administrative complaint had been issued. This is a combined administrative civil complaint and consent agreement final order action with a penalty of $5,809.
