On October 25, 2005 Telegenix, Inc. disclosed possible violations to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to EPAs �Small Business Compliance Policy� [FRL-6576-4] (known as the �Small Business Policy�), effective May 11, 2000. In the disclosure, Telegenix, Inc. located at 1930 Olney Ave. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey indicated that it had failed to file Form R reports, in a timely manner, for lead for reporting years 2001 thru 2004 in violation of 40 CFR Part 372.
