U.S. EPA Region 5 recently issued an Administrative Consent Order and Consent Agreement and Final Order to Daramic LLC, Corydon, Indiana. Daramic operates a plastic products manufacturing facility in Corydon. U.S. EPA alleged that Daramic failed to capture and recover volatile organic compound emissions to the level required by its operating permit. Daramic agrees to modify production equipment to reduce emissions.
