Respondents discharged fill material to 4.32 acres of wetlands while contructing irrigation facilities on their cherry farm at Twin Forks Ranch in Hood River, Oregon. Hugo Oswald owns the property & is the manager of Oswald LLC which operates Twin Forks Ranch. Respondents have agreed to restore the 4.32 acres of wetlands & enhance an additional 1.38 acres of wetlands on the site. An administrative order on consent will be filed to address the violation.
