This is an Administrative Order (AO) pursuant to the SDWA issued to the Groveland Community Services District. The violation involves exceedances of the running annual averages of the maximum contaminant levels for total trihalomethanes and haloacetic acids and failure to issue the proper public notices for these violations. The Order directs GCSD to write a compliance plan that shows how compliance will be achieved with the TTHM and HAA5 MCLs by June 30, 2008 and submit quarterly progress reports during this period.
