This is an Administrative complaint and compliance order pursuant to RCRA Subtitle I issued to Van's Trading Company for failing to: 1) conduct annual tests of pressurized piping; 2) conduct annual tests of leak detectors; and 3) meet the UST financial responsibility requirements. The complaint seeks the statutory maximum (notice pleading), $11,000 per tank per day of violation. The compliance order directs Van's Trading Company to return to compliance and submit evidence demonstrating the required tests were completed.
