HORIZON HOMES, LTD (TXR15H628): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted at Horizon Homes, Ltd., site located at President�s Pointe II in McKinney, Texas, on August 23-24, 2005. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but was not limited to, failure to properly implement the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan in that all components of the site map were not included and all controls were not properly installed and maintained. An administrative order was drafted to address the deficiencies and permit violations.
