VIOLATIONS:  The Respondent's drilling mud land farming operation was a  point source   discharge  of  pollutants,  specifically drilling mud, to the receiving waters of a tributary of the Brazos River, located in Johnson County, Texas.  A March 14, 2006, EPA inspection observed drilling mud was discharged from the Respondentï¿½s facility.

RELIEF:  The Order specifies that the Respondent should take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants and to take the necessary steps to prevent future discharges.  Also, requires the Respondent to submit information to the EPA in regards to the spill.
